Kiosk login

The email and password staff use to sign in on the kiosk at app.vouchvid.com. This creates a real sign-in account, so the email must be in email format — it does not need to receive actual mail, but it must be unique across every VouchVid kiosk, not just this dealership.

Saving creates (or confirms) the kiosk's Firebase sign-in account and writes the lookup record the kiosk reads on login. This card manages one kiosk login per dealership — a second kiosk needs its own email, set up separately.
